At Memora Jewellery, every item is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you.

Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
